Our products are digital files delivered immediately upon purchase. Once downloaded, they cannot be returned. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
If you experience a technical issue with a product, contact us at hello@ignyte.me and we will do our best to help you resolve it. Technical support does not constitute grounds for a refund.
