These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of digital products sold through ignyte.me. By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

Who we are

Ignyte is operated by Synoptro LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company. When we say "we," "us," or "our," we mean Synoptro LLC.

Orders and payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Prices are listed in USD. Paddle may display pricing in your local currency and may collect applicable taxes on our behalf, depending on your location.

What you're purchasing

When you buy a product from Ignyte, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the product files for personal or commercial projects. You own your projects. You do not own the source code, design, or intellectual property. That remains ours.

Each license is for a single purchaser. You may use the product on unlimited personal or client projects, but you may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the product files with others.

No refunds

All sales are final. Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Your responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the product files in any form
• Claim ownership of the product design or source code
• Use the product in a product that competes with or replicates Ignyte products
• Use the product for any unlawful purpose

Limitation of liability

Ignyte and Synoptro LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

We provide products "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or compatibility with any specific hosting environment.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.
